Material Jetting Resin Materials
High detail and smooth surface, injection mold-like prototyping.
Standard Resin (Material Jetting) produces extreme detail, rigid, injection mold-like parts with a smooth surface. Used for top-end visual, non-functional prototyping.
Digital ABS (Material Jetting) mimics the properties of ABS and produces stiff, rigid parts for engineering applications. Greater detail than Tough Resin (SLA).
Durable resin (PP-like)
Durable resin (Material Jetting) mimics the properties of PP and is semi-flexible. Ideal for durable, high-detail prototypes. Greater detail than Durable Resin (SLA).
Transparent resin (Material Jetting) can have a completely clear, glass-like appearance after post-processing. Ideal for injection molding-like prototypes.
Rubber-like resin (Material Jetting) produces high-detail parts with a soft rubber-like appearance and shore hardness < 70A. Not suitable for functional prototypes.
Heat resistant resin
Heat resistant resin (Material Jetting) has high strength and heat deflection temperature and can be used to produce high detail, low-run injection molds.
Castable resins (Material Jetting) are high detail resins for investment casting pattern making. No residue after burn out. Greater detail than Castable Resin (SLA).
Dental resins (Material Jetting) are high detail, sterilizable and biocompatible resins suitable for dental implants. Greater detail than Castable Resin (SLA).
