Experienced finance professional, Marnix Berghs brings a wealth of experience to 3D Hubs as the company seeks to rapidly expand its business.
Get to know Marnix
Marnix spent the last three years with C.H. Robinson, a NASDAQ listed technology platform for outsourced logistics solutions and supply chain management. He was part of the European leadership team, where he was responsible for developing and executing the business' strategic investment / M&A agenda.
Prior to C.H. Robinson, Marnix worked for technology start-up TravelBird and the M&A Advisory team of PwC.
3D Hubs’ Co-founder and CEO, Bram de Zwart, comments:
“We’re very excited Marnix is joining the team. With his series of impressive senior roles focused on strategy and finance, coupled with his deep understanding of global supply chains, I’m confident Marnix will play a crucial part in helping us achieve our ambitious goals.”
Preparing for rapid growth
Following the most recent investment round earlier this year, 3D Hubs is well-positioned to scale the platform and expand its global network of manufacturing partners.
After Robert Schouwenburg, Marnix Berg is the second addition this year to the 3D Hubs senior management team, as the company seeks to become the world’s leading online manufacturing platform.
Marnix’s experience with growing scalable platforms in the broader supply chain industry with C.H. Robinson is sure to serve 3D Hubs in the next growth stage.
“3D Hubs is uniquely positioned to scale the existing platform and become increasingly integrated with customers' manufacturing supply chains. I am excited to become part of the team that is building the largest global on-demand manufacturing solution and shaping ‘industry 4.0’; an era when automation and data exchange will accelerate manufacturing technologies and optimize supply chains across the globe.”
