Rigid Opaque Plastic

Transparent Plastic

How PolyJet 3D printing works

PolyJet 3D printing is similar to inkjet printing, but instead of jetting drops of ink onto paper, these 3D printers jet layers of liquid photopolymer onto a build tray and cure them instantly using UV light. The results are fully cured objects that can be handled and used immediately.

Using 16-micron – thinner than a human hair – layers, you can produce functional prototypes and tool with astonishingly fine details and precision. Choose from a full range of materials and incorporate a wide variety of color and material properties into your designs.
