I have a problem with my i3 plus. After I changed my new spool of filament the prints jam at around 20 percent. The filament is exactly the same as I used to use just a different colour. Now I can't even unload or get the filament to go though the extruder. Can someone help me out on how I can't fix this please and what went wrong?
My Wanhao Duplicator i3 has started jamming early in the print. The filament is wrapped around the driver gear in a gnarled mess. Tried 3 different types of filaments and the same issue happens with every print. Pic is attached. Anyone have a similar issue? Know the cause/fix? Thanks.

Hello! I have wanhao i3 v2 with lots of upgrades for sterdiness. It was printing perfectly (well almost) until i started noticing ripples on X axis walls on printed parts. Then i saw the cause - X idler bearing failed. I have replacied it with and upgrade of mine. (was thinking of it for a long time). After upgrade is done, all is set up i started to print.
I've been faced problems with the printer I3 Berlin, cause hear in my country I don't found enough information about it. So if anyone can clarify somethings to me, I'll be grateful.
