3D printing technology is growing very fast. These days we are seeing various kinds of new 3D printers regularly, and the 3D printer price is also getting reduced.
But still 3D printing is not reaching the common people. Only people who are passionate about 3D printing are currenlty using the 3D Printers.

In this video I am going to tell about an entirely new kind of 3D printer "OLO " which is the first smartphone-powered 3D printer.
i-e we can use our smartphone for doing 3D printing with this Gadget which will cost $99. Obviously this new technology can allow the common people to use 3D printing.

OLO uses the light from your smartphone’s screen to print 3D objects.
OLO made its debut in New York in October 2015, when it won the World Maker Faire Editor’s Choice Award.

OLO works with smartphones of almost any size or brand. Even large 5.5 inch displays such as iPhone 6S+ or Galaxy A7.

Regardless of brand or size, OLO can turn your phone into a 3D printer!

OLO is compatible with OS from Apple, Android, and Windows.

Spotted this yesterday. It looks very interesting. Even though it doesn’t look too useful for me, I might get one just to play with it.

Really? Is there more info?

This is on kickstarter. There is a lot more information there.

Not for me… But then I need a bigger area for my projects. Maybe if they have a tablet version, but that would be well into the future.

Again another step in bringing 3D printing to a broader public, super!

This is really a neat emerging technology, and unlike other Kickstarting projects (like the Tiko) this project seems to be doing extremely well! I can’t wait to see where this technology is headed!
