Hi there! Surely this is printable, I offer nylon called “Bridge” by taulman3d (check out the datasheet at taulman3d.com). Do you have the 3d model of the bushing or should it be designed (I do offer CAD designing so that wouldn’t be a problem). I can’t tell you a price, because I don’t know, how big the bushing is. Dimensions for nylon sleeve

43.5mm long

21mm outside diameter

1.4mm thickest part of sleeve

0.4mm thinnest part of sleeve in-between gaps

4.65mm x 3.4mm lugs on outside in centre with 3.25mm locating lug on centre lug outside

7.6mm opening in sleeve

This can be printed without major problems; you can even print it in the same material as the original bushings.

IGUS can supply the material in two different grades. I just received a sample pack to start testing.

It should print like Nylon but I’ll know this after testing.
