I have a problem with my i3 plus. After I changed my new spool of filament the prints jam at around 20 percent. The filament is exactly the same as I used to use just a different colour. Now I can’t even unload or get the filament to go though the extruder. Can someone help me out on how I can’t fix this please and what went wrong?
