anyone having problems getting in touch with tech support

i have been emailing since 4th october to date every day and still doing so

over a problem with the heater pad packing up after two heats

there was a problem with the extruder cooling fan being lower than the nozzle

limit switch being under limit

extruder tube snapping in two from filament inlet to nozzle

had to make a replacment…cant use it at moment so i think i will have to send a letter and small claims court…

Hi you asked me to Email you. Take its about PCB board that controls The 2 fans …yes only one port is working I tested new fan you sent me still not working…think its issue 70. Have asked for replacement somebody got back to me the other day and said they arecomingbackin stock should be mid Feb
