Hello, I’m getting an error message:

Error during printing(Printing has stopped due to a problem with the encoder.-10690)

At this point the print stops. Can anyone help?

Hi John

If it’s an Objet or Stratasys, they would firstly suggest shutting the printer down for a minute, and then re-boot. Hopefully that’ll sort it.
