There was a lot of #remake3d interest from Hubs who want to get into recycling local plastic back into filament. This budget system may help some of them get into it a little faster. I’d love to see any reviews or feedback from Hubs that end up getting one!

Cool! Would be very interesting to get some reviews indeed.

i have the v2.0 and it works great with ABS,not so much PLA but i heard that it was designed for ABS. The mechanics and electrics of it are very easy to assemble (not sure about the build time they state as it took me and one other 2.30 hours) but i noticed that the transformer gets quite warm when in use so i upgraded to a 10 amp as 6 is clearly underrated and also the laser cut casing although looks nice before it is assembled but is a bad fit and when i queried it with Filastruder customer service i basically got shrugged off and told it was normal, the case is a joke to say the least.i would give it a 6 out of 10 due to the case and the transformer being bad.

Thanks for your honest review. Can I ask, do you use the filawinder too? If so is it a worthy purchase?
