The official nozzles are $25-30 each, but nozzles for other printers are $2 each. Surely some of those could be used on the M200.

Have you found anything that works?

I think that nozzles from E3D are compatible for M200.

I will check if we could produce this nozzle in our house. Give me day or two that I can do the drawing of this nozzle and I will calculate the production of this nozzle.

Go with Z-Temp Hotend and MicroSwizz Nozzles. Zortrax is ridiculously expensive with their Nozzles.

We pay over USD42 for a Zortrax nozzle here in South Africa and Micro Swiss “in my opinion” is a much better nozzle.

I use these. They work same as original and they are 3x cheaper. I’ve also bought all metal for carbon and PC.

The nozzles at 10€ for 3 are not good.

I buy the nozzle on www.machines-3d.com, they are fine.

you have 2 possibilities, buy nozzle on aliexpress, there are many things, or, the better choice for me, change the hothend, and use common Mk8 nozzle

Bullshit, I’ve tested both original and cheap - same results, same build, same parameters, same durability. Prints keep dimensions and machine works 24/7.

Try aliexpress.com “Zortrax nozzle”. I bought couple of those and they work fine. In one case though there was some kind of issue with the nozzle, because filament started to get through the brass washer on the heating block. Probably there was too much back pressure inside, caused maybe by the shape inaccuracies of the nozzle (don’t know really, it looked good to the naked eye). Just had to clean the residue, swap to a different nozzle and had no issues thus far.
