Hi

Just got my mendel90 running again and want it to be the best it can be.

So I figured a good starting point would be to replace some of the parts that show signs of wear.

I got my bedleving so good that i can print on heated glass without tape tricks etc. Print sticks well, but not on unheated glass, is there anything i can do to improve that? or should i just call myself lucky that i can print PLA on 60C bed?

Next is the brackets that holds the Z steppers… hole where the stepper axle pokes through are perfect circle round.

But there are one nuttrap on it that are not perfect, its like it has been pressed a bit flat

Any suggestions why that might be? to high print speed? i have attached an export from openscad and a pic taken with phone of the print…

As an experiment i have lowered the speed and printing the other Z stepper bracket

Hmm - Do you have a couple of print examples with those settings?
