Sometime in the past couple days I have stopped receiving emails when customers comment on an order. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I had that happen a couple weeks ago I think. Any other reports of this happening? @filemon

Every single comment today so far as had no email. However the message for your reply came through perfectly.

Seems to be only related to comments on orders / enquiries. I receive email notification for replies to Talk threads.

I received email notifications of new orders, payment received, etc. Just not customers communicate via the order based chat thread.

Might have been fixed. I just noticed I had a comment notification in my email from this morning :slight_smile:

Thanks - on a related note, and maybe I should start a new thread for this, but contact information is no longer being presented to the other party when an order is marked ready for pickup. My customers are no longer being given my phone number and I no longer see theirs. I have to explicitly provide/ask for it in the comments section.

(BTW, I have not had a comment posted to an order since this update, so I can’t confirm it has resolved the issue - at least not yet)

I’ve just checked your order and it seems that the customer does see your number and you can see his info if you click “more” under his page
