I picked up a CR-10 today and in trying to do the initial test print, my printer assumes my Z axis to be above the print bed, therefore nothing sticks, and the design becomes a quick mess.

I have the upgrade kit for dual Z’s, which I have installed. Also know I can’t enter negative values for my axis, so…

What do I do??

Thanks for all feedback and support in my learning.

To adjust the z hight on the CR-10, you have to turn the bed screws on the four corners. Use a piece of paper to find the correct hight between the nozzle and bed. If that doesn’t work, try looking at the video I made about the CR-10 calibration at www.youtube.com/c/3DNow
