hi, we’ve followed the magazines precisely, but we’ve gotton to the point of installing software and switching the printer on, but there seems to be no power going to the printer. What should we do?

You really need to provide basic information like what is the printer. We can’t just guess and most will not even take time to ask.

Sorry I googles Eaglemoss 3D create and print printer and it took me to here so I assumed it was for that V3 printer. Simple mistake. No need for for the attitude, you could have said ‘so we can understand how to help you, what make is your printer?’

To be fair he wasn’t really giving attitude. he simply stated he needed some basic information.

Hi, it would be worth checking that the lead (loos like a kettle plug) is inserted fully into the Power supply, it goes through a very tight radius (probably too tight really). Unfortunately this means removing the grey cover again :frowning:
