Can someone please explain why the customer was charged $0 for this print (apart from the $5 startup cost)?

I thought it should be charged at $6 (plus startup and postage).

I have been getting the same thing. For me the price shows in Euro and I am in the US and also shows no charge for the part. The customer had the size wrong on mine and I fiddled with that and at some point the price showed up. I think the part was in CM and he set it at MM when he loaded it which made the part tiny.

Hi Ben,
This is Nahla here from 3D hubs. A bug on our side had caused wrong Volume calculations on some orders. But I can confirm that this bug is now resolved and should not be occurring with new orders. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Thanks Nahla. I didn’t notice the error until posting the item today. This means that I’m $6 out of pocket on this order. Who should pay this difference?

Thanks for the info

Glitches can happen, glad this is resolved. Nevertheless, and this goes for each Hub, ALWAYS CHECK 3D HUBS Calculations. So far, in over 200 finished orders, 3D Hubs generally always underestimates the amount of material used. This is especially true when prints need to be functional and more shells/perimeter and higher infill is needed.
