Hi! Just got my Qidi I printer and am having all sorts of issues I was hoping someone may have some solutions for.

1) When printing with the right nozzle, the left nozzle tends to drag across the printed material.

I have verified print bed level and have tried altering the nozzle-to-bed distance with no success. This is happening with PLA and ABS.

I have great adhesion to the print bed and to prior layers, so the left nozzle is not breaking off printed material, but it is causing the bed to lower (flex) when the left nozzle contacts the material, and the more layers that are printed, the more severe the bed movement becomes. See pic 1 to see the texture change as layers increase.

2) Possibly caused by problem#1, as I am printing, layers start to skew drastically in the X-plane. See pics 2 & 3. After the first, print, I redrew the item (slightly different dimensions) and retried the print. The second print didn’t just skew 1/8", but skewed over 1" (pic 3).

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
