Hi!

Today is a wonderful spring day here in Bucharest. Hence I took a walk along the alleys of the largest park in Bucharest: Herastrau. For you this might be “nice to know, but why should I know” Well, wandering in the park I found myself nearby a place were people use to gather in the summer time and carry various activities, from just enjoying life to grass-sitting seminars, or shows, you name it. Then I suddenly observed that all luminaries were solar powered and… bang, an idea just came into my mind.

What if, during summer time I take on of my printers, arrange a way to power it somehow from the sun light and have some fun?

So, I provoke you to think about having a global project this summer, a project about a revolutionary technology as 3D printing is, about renewable energy and energy saving, about education and about living more exciting.

What do you think about?

All The Best,

Daniel

Hey Daniel, not sure if you’ve seen this video of @Filemon and Christian, 3D Hubs Mayor of Copenhagen, @Christian_CAD, where they 3D print using the power of the wind: - YouTube. Well, this one’s been done, so we’ll have to figure out the next best thing  Cheers

Haha funny coincidence
