Hello,
I am trying to print 3D printed mold for silicon casting.
But, after fining print support is not getting peeled off from the model.
I am using 3D printer Zortax M200, material Z-Ultrat, and Z suite 2.8.0.0 software.
Please suggest some setting which will allow me to have a good print with my issue resolved.

Thanks

Never used that printer or slicer but in general if the supports are sticking to hard then look for a setting called something like support upper and or lower vertical separation layers or distance. Set it to as much of a gap as you can and still get a good layer over the support. Generally on the upper one I use a distance equal to the layer height I am using such as 0.2mm.

Thanks for you reply.
It works!

Great to hear.
On another note, one thing I do for the lower support gap is set it to 2 layer thicknesses. We don’t really care what the bottom of the support looks like but it helps it not stick as bad to the surface that the bottom of the support goes to.

This one is more of a judgement call on what you want.
