After some advice ,i have a Da Vinci Junior 1.0 and been advised i need a cleaning pin to clear the nozzle as it wont print, the problem i have i cant find one anywhere, ive spoken to xyz printing and they picture they sent me looks like a bent piece of coat-hanger,and was told to push from the top what i need to know is what could i use instead,as i am stuck at the moment, thanks in advance

Guitar strings tend to be helpful with blocked nozzles - try to find one some 0,02mm or so under your nozzle’s size.

My normal procedure on my printers - may need to vary for yours, as I’m not that familiar with the Da Vinci (!):
Remove the filament,
Heat the nozzle to it’s normal printing temperature
insert guitar string from below & try to push the blockage out to the top.

Hope this helps?

I have also used steel guitar strings for the same thing. The packages will have the diameter in MM at the place I get them from. They may look at you a little funny but once I told them why I needed them they thought it was pretty cool.

thanks for advise,i will have a look on amazon to get some delivered, however just taken the print head of the frame and something is rattling loose, and looks like it should be screwed someplace,so i will have to sort that out as well cheers
