Hi guy with countless missing issues and parts through the post when I finally got all the parts I was like a kid at Christmas only to find out after installing the software the printer started to make some werid noises and start vibrating and juddering to the point screws came lose. I emailed eagle mosswith my utter disappointment and demanded a refund after months of waiting for back issues and missing parts this was the final straw. They emailed me back asked me to send the printer back to them this was back in November and I’m still waiting for a response I also emailed watch dog on the matter. As Ididnt mess around paying them for the monthly issues and feel let down massively

Seems like every week someone comes on here with an eaglemoss complaint. Perhaps eaglemoss could come on here and make a post explaining what is going on…

Hi, I know you posted this a while ago but wondered if you ever got a refund. Also what email address did you contact to complain. I subscribed to the 3d create and print magazines but had continual problems with parts and magazines missing. I am still missing missing heat block nozzle and cables so can’t finish or use printer. I contacted 3Dprinter@eaglemoss-service.com.They keep promising to send parts out but have been waiting nearly 8 months and still have not received parts I’m fed up now.

I have told them I want to return printer and want a refund but they keep saying They can’t help and I need to contact some one else. Who do I contact to complain. Please help.
