I get that error when I forget to plug the bed back in after clearing off a print. So the issue is that the bed is not properly connected, but the cause could be a few different things.

Check both the male and female ends of the connector for those tiny specks of plastic; they could have gotten in there preventing a good connection. Clean them out carefully with the power off.

If the female connector on the bed got hit really hard by a spatula, it could have messed up the connection. Inspect the connection to the bed to make sure everything looks in tact.

Make sure the wires going into the male connector are all still in tact, and that none are coming loose.

If all else fails, it may be time to call Zortrax or your reseller for some replacement parts. Good luck!
