Deleted Hub?

It appears someone deleted my hub without any notice whatsoever.  I have no access to any of my previous orders, and I'm unable to communicate with a customer that just placed a new order.

 

Has anyone else had this problem?

Can you test your code updates on some test/QA servers instead of in Production? Your risk acceptance is awfully high. I just got an update to an order via e-mail notification, and cannot currently get to the new files to review. For what duration are you expecting these random outages? Access denied, orders and hub disappearing, etc...

Hi guys, 

 

My sincere apologies for this, there was indeed a bug earlier today that has since been resolved by our development team. No Hubs were deleted, and everything is back up and running now. If anyone runs into this issue again, please reach out to us at support@3dhubs.com

just recieved the same email response back from 3dhubs as below.

Now checked and I am back up and running. orders still there.

It appears to be back online.

I'd try connecting again if you haven't already!

Most of my stuff is currently back online.

Thanks, yes, I see my hub is there again.  Now to get back to my order.  Sure would like a post-mortem on what happened.

Update: Just received a message from support, they're working on it:

 

Hi Joseph, Thank you for reaching out and my apologies for the inconvenience of this matter. Our website is experiencing a temporary issue in regards to some of our Hubs, which have been deleted from our platform. Our development team is currently hard at work in resolving this matter, and we hope to be up and running again soon. My apologies again for the disturbance and the inconvenience of this matter.

I think everyone can calm down at least a little bit.

It appears all hubs have the same problem, No hub is found, Dashboard is unavailable, All previous, Currently open, and shipping orders are un-reachable, No order widgets work, communication with all customers is cut, Invoicing is impossible.... Everythings fine :)

Of course that's sarcasm. It is good to note though that everyone is experiencing the same issue.

MAYBE! if 3D Hubs had an actual phone number, and not just a bunch of Jerk-You-Around button pushing which all eventually redirects you to just email them and then hangs up, we could resolve this issue..

Seeing as everyone has this issue I'm sure it's temporary (Hopefully) Still an enormously huge mess up on 3D Hubs part, and only one more example of the slow but sure degrade in this platform.

I'm looking at the same thing. Found it trying to get info to ship a box that the customer needs on a tight deadline. I was in instant order, but had my machines offline so I could clear out active orders before being out next week. I contacted support as well, but no answer yet. I have under an hour to get a label on this box for it to ship today, otherwise they'll have an unhappy customer on the other end.

I certainly hope it's just a temporary issue.  Have either of you opted into the "instant order" option?  I hope this isn't a strong-arm tactic to force us into it.

Yes, I am in the instant order and I am a manufacturing partner. We are a registered LLC. Even if it was a tactic they should of told us. Can either of you submit an order to someone?

It lets me upload a part, but not select a material.  I hope someone is aware of the issue.  I tried calling the US number, but customer support just says to email them, then hangs up.

Thats how the phone always is.... I cannot select material either but can upload.

I have just logged into my account and everything is gone..... No notification.... I cannot submit an order to anyone either?? Hopefully 3D Hubs is having issues and did not delete my hub...

 

I need my hub back.. Got to respond to customers to keep my response time...
