Nozzle scraping baseplate

I have a Monoprice Maker select v2 and I am trying to set it up, but I got to step 14, which is:

loosen the nut at each corner of the baseplate until it is almost touching the nozzle. Do the same at each corner.

That worked for the bottom left corner, but no matter how much I tighten both right corners, the nozzle still scrapes the plate when I move it to those corners.

It is in home position and there is nothing putting it off or tilting it.

I think you need to consult the user manual you got with the 3D printer and see whether the screws have lost their touch. If this is so, you might be required to get new screws or nuts.

You can start by searching youtube for videos on how to level the build plate for that printer.  This will help a lot.
