PLA is completely stuck.

I can’t retract it or pull it out.

There’s absolutely no give on it. It won’t budge.

Typically I’d pull out the tube from the bottom end, and try pulling the filament on that end. But I’ve encountered another problem. I can’t get the tube out of that end.

i need some tips on how to get this out of here.

I’m scared I’m gonna break something.

As this was posted 2 days ago, you might have sorted it out.
I sometimes have this problem when I unload PLA from my extruder, it gets stuck.
So I extrude it a bit more, then quickly retract it and find it comes out.
It could be caused by heat creep which is putting a blob on the end of filament.
