Hey Parker,

 

I will try to answer some of your concerns. I understand that our system for shipping and taxes is far from perfect. We are working on improvements, but it requires a lot of work from our product and development departments. Meanwhile it's still possible to change the shipping option selected by the customer and communicate to them the reasons why you have to charge more for delivery. I understand it's not an optimal experience but I think most of them will be happy to pay the difference. Other solution is to change your pricing in such way that it accounts for these expenses by for example increasing the startup cost.

 

I also want to stress that you can opt out of Instant order which means your customers will always wait for your review.

Hi Tibor,

 

opening hours is one of our big projects we want to tackle this quarter. I is hard to build on our current infrastructure but we will replace it with a brand new one in a couple weeks. We know this is a long overdue, but we are working hard on making it happen.

That is not response time but Accept decline time. Response time is calculated from Accept decline time and Order comment time. Your actual response time displayed on the site is around 3 hours. I know this is a bit confusing so we are working on displaying a graph with Response time on your Hub Insights.

 

I will investigate your problem with the sms delivery, but it is a 3rd party service which makes it hard to debug.

Currently yes. From the data we saw a majority of orders are submitted during regular business hours. It is a bit surprising that you get so many orders late at night. We are also considering a faster fix where we exclude these hours from the calculation.

Hi Stephen,

 

glad you like the new updates. Currently we do not take opening hours in account. We took the fast approach to validate if displaying response time and "Online Now" will have a positive impact. Now that we know how important this is for the customers, we will work on a proper solution for opening hours in the next quarter.
