Hey @N1C0, thanks for sharing this! We're currently working on integrated delivery system which will allow Hubs to set where they ship, how quickly and at what price. The delivery system might also be an opportunity to improve the pick-up system, what you're describing sounds a lot like what local food delivery companies are doing (at least here in Amsterdam). It would also be very nice to know when the Hub is available for pick-up, so thanks for sharing - we'll keep it in mind for sure!

Hey @Sam_20 (and other Hubs on this thread), as you can tell we're working on a couple improvements to the order page, while we we're planning to test these on our staging environment we accidently (partially) deployed some of the features to the live website. We're reverting those now. Indeed the response time the automated message says hours where it should say minutes, we'll go through all orders and update that as it's not accurate and makes you look bad - sorry for that.

The plan is to release automated Hub reply and a couple other nice improvements (a Help Center for customers, better Hub profile/info, more direct conversation between Hub and Customer and more control over orders for Hubs) coming week Wednesday or Thursday, and of course we will inform you of the changes as soon as they're live.

Really looking forward to hear your feedback later this week when it 'really' goes live. Thanks for notifying us!

The wider roll out will happen in May, we're currently ironing out the bugs. As its only available to a small group of Hubs we're not (yet) taking it into account for ranking.

Cheers,

Brian

We're not working on this at the moment, but we understand the importance of reviews for Hubs. For now the quickest way would be to open completed orders in tabs once a week and remind the customers that haven't reviewed you.

Once we roll out more status updates/notifications on the order page we'll be able to show if an order was reviewed or not, but right now we don't have the functionality to easily add it in. So please bear with us.

Hey Daniel,

We've planned to work on layering more functionality on the order overview in May/June. As we've got some big projects on hand now that will take up most of April. The Hub note on order sounds like a nice idea, it wouldn't be a huge amount of work as we already have a similar feature internally (e.g. for our admins). This could also fall in the same timeframe.

Changing the statuses of the orders themselves is also something we're looking at, but I think it's a bit less urgent, so it should happen in June/July.

I did a quick check @DanielDC88 and it looks like deadlines did get improved on Friday, just the red color needs adjustment after order completion. Can you confirm that the deadline is being calculated correctly based on your settings?
