Here's a feature suggestion (which I will also post over at the user voice page) https://3dhubs.uservoice.com how about you also let hubs access a widget like the "order print" button that let's us also put "send enquiry" or along those lines. I would put this on my personal website as i do the 3D Print Order widget already, which is front and centre. How about that to encourage more enquiries through 3D Hubs which as hub owners we could then get more conversion over time by welcoming these enquiries and explaining and answering any questions potential customers have, which means they are more likely to then place an order. I often get questions sent direct to my email address but I would happily replace my contact form with a 3D Hubs enquiry button.

Thanks Roger, this is a very useful tip! I'll look out for it next time I purchase online. Do you use Click and Drop Service or the Online Postage option of Royal Mail?

I have a question. So, I offer a multitude of delivery options to my customers to give them an array of price ranges. Royal Mail in the UK has both a 1st and 2nd class service, my customers often chose 2nd class which is more affordable but takes a few days longer to arrive, if it's not urgent. However...

I print only using FDM and I have succeeded in printing details that are much much finer than 1-2mm as they say on their website now. See the print attached, it is a super small part for a swimming pool pump that came out well printed at 200 microns vertically at 50mm/s at 100% infill since it was so small, it worked perfectly for the client. The light green and pink are the originals and the others are FDM printed on a Witbox 2.

We must change the "low accuracy" description.

Turns out that the noise was the result of poor linear bearings that the Witbox was fitted with as standard. I've replaced them with IGUS Drylin see this video to compare sounds

Thanks for the info, do you have a link to the bearings you used? That would be great!
