Yeah I'm afraid that 260 will end up breaking it even more.. There have been two suggestions on changing to all metal so I will try that! Thank you!

It did come out at the start of the printing process. When it reached around 50% done, then it was jammed..

Hi yes sorry forgot to mention I need help on how to print it without jamming since their advised parameters still result in jamming. Cheers!

Hi everyone, is there anyone experienced with printing using nGen_FLEX without having the filament jammed in the nozzle? I'm printing using Flash Forge Creator Pro with extrusion temp of 250oC (the advised temperature from ColorFabb is 240-260). The printing speed was reduced to 10 m/s (because it was jammed) (advised was 40-60 m/s). Do you guys have any suggestions? Cheers!

Hi! Thanks for the suggestion. The PRO1 looks great plus it can reduce printing time. I will definitely consider this :D

Hi everyone! I'm printing a biomedical chip that needs to be autoclavable. Autoclave conditions are: 121 deg. celcius, 100 kPa, 15 minutes. I have tried printing using polycarbonate filament but it didn't survive the first autoclave trial. PC filament was supposedly autoclavable because its Tg is 147 deg. celcius but the chip came out deformed and bent.
