Hi, I am 3D printing using porcelain on a WASP printer. The nozzle it comes with is 1mm. Does anyone know where I can purchase nozzles that are wider? 2mm, 3mm, 4mm and up? If so please send me a link to where these can be purchased. Thanks.

I installed my clay extruder today following the manual WASP provided and using files WASP included for LDM printing. I also followed the guidelines for the pressure needed. When I select the file to print the delta puts itself in place, gets ready to print, and then stops. The auger inside does less than half a rotation and the whole thing freezes.

Hi, WASP has a video on youtube that shows how to instal the clay extruder. It demonstrates that you can simply pull off and disconnect the green rubber cables. My cables are securely attached with zip ties. Am I supposed to clip these? And, do I need to zip tie them on again if I print with filament?

Yes I have the newer bed and I do not want to scratch it. I have used a spray cleaner and soap and water. So, you are saying a business card should fit between the nozzle and the bed? I will try this. It seems the easiest way to change filament is to start a print and then change it while it is printing the raft. This way it ejects the filament automatically. Thanks for your help.

I do not have the glass. It is a metal bed. So you think it is best for the nozzle to be slightly touching the paper? I have been having some issues with the print not sticking to the bed and the nozzle knocks the print off. I will test again soon.

Thanks, I used a similar cleaner. It seems the easiest way to change filament is to start a print and then change it while it is printing the raft. This way it ejects the filament automatically.
