Hey @georgiawyrill!

Thank you for reaching out through 3D Hubs Talk. Sounds like you have quite some serious casting to do!

I did a search on 3D Hubs to look for a Hub that has a printer large enough to be able to print castable resin pieces up to the dimensions you mentioned and I found KustomJewellery Hub: https://www.3dhubs.com/bangkok/hubs/kustomjewellerycom. They have an EnvisionTEC Ultra machine which might be just the printer that you need.

Feel free to get in contact with them by using the "contact this Hub" button on their profile page.

I hope this was useful to you!

Best,

Hi @ismailmulani, seeing as you have some very specific measurements here, my recommendation would go with the SLA printing technique here. A resin material print will probably suit your needs.

But please also share what the object will be used for, will the part be under any pressure?

Hey 3D Hubbers!   I just wanted to let you all know that we're quite of aware of the spam throughout the last few days on Talk. Our developers are currently working on a solution and in the meantime, our admins clear out the spam on Talk as soon as we come in the office in the mornings. Sorry for any inconvenience.     Happy printing!   Robin - 3D Hubs

Hey Cassie, if you're able to share screenshots of your model (or the model itself even) here on Talk we might be able to give you some good advice/tips. :)

@tleijt123d For FDM printers we calculate the sliced material volume which is set by default at 20% infill. For more information, please check the How-to-Hub page which also contains a link to the How-to-Hub Handbook where you can find in-depth articles on questions you might have starting out as a Hub on 3D Hubs.

Best,
