Hi Duplicator, I'll get my colleague from the community team involved to see if we can help you out.

@telma Could I see you in this thread for a moment?

That looks awesome! Are you thinking about post-processing/painting it as well?

Hi @stevec121, thanks for notifying us about this and I'm sorry to hear you've not received any orders lately. I can assure you that HD was introduced to make customers aware that 3D Hubs offers a wide variety of materials, not to take away orders from FDM Hubs.

What might be happening in your case is the fact that there are many Hubs in your area and you're not in the top 10 Hubs at the moment. One thing that can already help is having a profile image so you stand out from the crowd. A bit more variety in your first 4 photographs of your work to demonstrate what your printer is capable of can also be a strong eye-catcher.

For more information on how to improve your Hub ranking I would like to point you to this Talk thread: https://www.3dhubs.com/talk/thread/how-improve-your-hub-ranking

I hope this was useful to you.

Best,

Hi Laydrop,

Thank you for creating this thread. We're aware that it can be tricky to see the customers shipping address at the moment. The good news is that our development team is actually making some changes to the order page this week which should completely solve this issue. In the meantime, you should be able to click the "More" button underneath your customers profile picture to see their shipping address as well.

Alternatively you are free to leave a comment on the order page asking your customer for their details again. This not ideal of course, but if it means you can send out the package a day early I'm sure your customer would appreciate it.

Best,
Robin - 3D Hubs

Hi @Coachart! I'm sure we have some community members that would love to help you out but we're going to need to know a little bit more about your printer. For example, which printer do you have? ;)

Best,
Robin - 3D Hubs
