Its a QidiTech Dual Extruder printer, the bed is metal. The bed temperatures I've tried are 50, 70 and 87.  Extruder temperatures tried, 230, 250 and 270.  The slider is QidiPrint based on Cura.  The filament brand is "Real Filament"

I will get back to you on the print speed as I'm not at home until Wednesday...I did slow down the print speed from the default.

Problem now solved, I bought a bag of bolts from ScrewFix, these were 130mm, bit longer than required, but fit and will do nicely.

Also printed a long cover for the bolt so the filament is not sitting directly on the bolt.

How long is the part?  Not a problem I can import and extrude if required.

Thank you, I had the same thought this morning, do you know any details on the screw / thread that would help me purchase a longer replacement?

I have a Qiditech Dual Extruder, the filament loaders that came with the printer were ok for the initial filaments I purchased, the spooler length is 69mm in length.   I recently purchased more filaments and all of these are 1kg and require a longer spooler  length as the width of each of these filament reals is closer to 79mm in length.

Attached is a image of the model showing the measurement from top to bottom in mm.

The second image is the same model saved as a STL file and loaded into QidiPrint.

Looking at the measurements and the model in QidiPrint, I'd say its correct.

I'm not using export, I'm using the Make -> 3D Print option...I'll investigate the export option.

[Edit] Just looked at Export, there are no options for units, no options for anything except the file type (STL is not on the list).

How do I find out?

From Fusion 360, I just use the MAKE -> 3D Print option, I don't see any options for settings units.
