Have you levelled the extruders to the bed correctly?

Use the levelling card start at the front left, the distance between the extruder and the bed should be tight onto the card but not touching the bed when the card is removed, repeat this for the front right and rear middle.

What material are you using?  Check the extruder temperatures and the bed temperature.

For the record, after several emails to QidiTech, my printer now prints well and reliably.  I found the videos and information supplied with the printer to be less than satisfactory.  There isn't enough information to level the bed properly.  The way to correctly level the bed is to start on the front left, then front right then read centre middle.  This much information IS supplied with the printer, but how close the extruder should be or if it should be in contact with the card is not mentioned.

I can say that the level of the extruders should be adjusted so they are in contact with the card such that the card can only be withdrawn with friction.  There has to be friction between the extruder and the card, when the card is removed the extruder should not be in contact with the bed.

Do this and the printer works perfectly.  Also getting the temperatures correct for the bed and extruders is also key and depends entirely on the filament materials used.

After trying to change the filament after this failed print, I found I couldn't load filament, looks like the extruder has become clogged, have replaced the extruder with a new one will try again.

Where can you buy additional extruders?

[Edit], After replacing the extruder, its still doing the same thing, gets up to temperature then ticks and doesn't load filament.

[Another Edit] After taking the extruder mount apart, I found a bit of PETG filament stuck, which I removed, reassembled and now its loading ok.

I was sitting by my printer whilst it had been printing for a while, all of a sudden it played a tune then stopped printing, this has happened twice now.   The print has no errors and should have printed completely, it stopped about 75% of the way through the print, filament is ok...   Any ideas or reasons?  Is there anyway I can find out why?

Thank you, I'm very new to 3D printing and still learning the software and terms, I'm using QIDIPRINT, how do I do what you are suggesting?

[Edit...text should read:]

I want to print a number of these models, they are all curved and have quite small details, so far printing hasn't been successful.  Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can improve the print ?

When I tried to print it like this, it fell over half way through the print.  Rotating it flat, doesn't seem to give good results either and the smaller slots are lost.  The height of the small slots is 1mm x 10mm.

Tried the "Order custom parts" link on the top right today, uploaded my models and it gives useful information about issues with the model before printing, this would be a handy feature to build into any STL export utility.

This weekend I am intending to print a model that will span my cars rear windscreen.  The model has been split into 10 connecting parts, below is a link to a typical section.   https://i.imgur.com/SYfcSvt.png
