Hot end thermostat connection

Hello, I'm a new user here, so sorry for quite noobish questions. I have an Anet A8 and decided to do some upgrades. Bought a new hot end and it has a 2 pin connection, where as the motherboard has a 3 pin connector. Is there a way I could plug it in, because right now, no matter how I plug it in the thermostat isn't working. Im thinking of removing the 3 pin form the old hot end thermostat and rewiring the new ones wires thorugh it. Does the polarity matter? If yes, how do I know which wire is witch? https://gyazo.com/2802b06aa4cdd6b8af4c530460faf457 (the connector of the new hot end thermo)

If it does, turn off the bed heater and repeat.  If the reset tops the bed wires may be shorting.  If still resetting, turn off the printhead and repeat.  It may also be stepper related.

There is no parity on the connector. Just connect it the two outside pins. Leave center pin open.
