Hi,

I have a problem installing the BeeSoft software. When I try to open it it’s crashes.
My macbook is a late 2008 with Mac OS X 10.6.8 however something similar happens on my colleagues MacBook. (I suspect something wrong with Java happening).

Is there anyone who have a solution or the same problem that can help me?

This is the error that I get:

Thanks!
Barry

Dann told me that he got an error saying that he needs to downgrade his java (???)

Hi Barry,

I think i saw a similar bus error a while back in Windows but in one of the early betas.

It’s best if you get in touch with BEE’s support at: customer_service@beeverycreative.com

I have the same problem in Windows.

You have to find the file config.properties and replace them with this one.

In the windows, the file is in the user directory, in the folder BEESOFT

In Mac I dont know, but if you find it, change it with this one and the voila

In this file, replace the name config.properties.obj to config.properties

I change the name, to be possible send it by this way
config.properties.OBJ (15 Bytes)

Hi Barry,

I agree with Think3D, it’s probably better to contact the BEEs directly to customer_service@beeverycreative.com
Anyway I think the recommended version of Mac OSX to work with beethefirst and beesoft is 10.8 or 10.9 +
You can check this on the tech specs on the website: BEETHEFIRST+ 3D Printer - BEEVERYCREATIVE

Thank you @sergius
I see that the problem my older software is. ;(

Thanks everyone for your responds. It’s my older software
