Hello.
All of a sudden yesterday, I encountered a problem with sending files to be printed. My computer and the Finder printer are both connected to wifi, however, after a model is sliced via Flashprint, I click, “Print,” and an error message comes up which reads, “Connect failed.”
I tried resetting the printer back to factory settings, which did not solve the problem. I tried updating the firmware but, again, received an error message stating the network is poor. I have another Finder printer, which is working just fine, sitting right next to it.
I have no idea how or why this happened. Can anyone please assist?
