Hey guys I cannot connect my Powespec 3D Pro to my MacBook Pro. Is there anyone know why this is happening?

it has something to do with the board the powerspecs use. I couldn’t connect mine to my windows machine and fully gave up trying to find a solution and stuck with SD card. It’s much better in my opinion being disconnected from the pc. No interruptions in workflow of the machine.

If other things work on that port than it could be a cable problem or like others said the board for the power spec could just not like your computer. I would also just say use the SD card it’s a little bit of a nuisance but it prevents the print from pausing when your using other things on the printer.

Powerspec printers only support windows operating systems. You’ll have to use the SD card in order to use the printer.

Thanks guys. I also have a problem making an .stl file an .x3g file. I’ll send a video.

Hey this is way too vague, i’ll should be able to help once you post the video.

In the mean time,

What slicer are you using? and If you’re getting an error, what does it say?

sorry guys my camera broke down I can’t send you the vid. I could but it doesn’t allow audio and a cannot select an .mov file
