I have a question.

Do you ask customers to leave a review? I find that most of them don’t leave reviews, even after I asked them if their prints had arrived ok or not.

If you do, what do you usually say when asking for a review?

Same here, i kindly ask for a review saying that helps me to improve and critic myselft and my work. But often, they get the piece and disappear. The website should add a system where you can’t make new orders until you review the last one, at least this will decrease the number of people that usually do this and continue to use the website.

I just chalk it up to being part of the experience. Not everyone is going to leave a review. If you bother them to much they just might leave a bad review to get you to stop bothering them.

A bad review is far worse than no review.

It happens and it’s not really a good idea to force a review. Reviews and their ratings are only useful if they’re given freely and without influence; if someone has a valid reason for not wanting to leave one, I’d rather go without than force them to possibly say something I’d rather they didn’t.
